Hill, but I think it's close. Especially in a SF where an argument can be made for the top QB to go 1.02. That player might end up being worth much more than Hill a year from now.

Hill, but superflex makes this very close. I'd say Hill = Mayfield + 2019 2nd right now, though Mayfield could easily be worth more than Hill this time next year.

If this is for the sig team this is very close. I might go Baker Mayfield with 1.02 if you don't have any other 1st round picks.
Pure value I like Hill by a smidgen over Mayfield, but in SF you've only got Flacco and he might not last the year.
