Too expensive to get 1.02?

This is for PLP

The 1.02 is nervous that he'll pick the wrong guy after the Guice and Penny news...

His offer to me was 1.09+ 2.02 + 2019 1st(which I have two of) for the 1.02.

This would kill any depth I was hoping to get in this draft... But I could take Guice or Penny and fill a sorely needed RB spot on my team...

What do you think? With this team is it worth it?

Trading away multiple picks including a future 1st so you can draft a guy that won’t help you this year doesn’t seem like a recipe for success.

If that future 1st is late, which it should be looking at your roster, I'd easily pay that for the 1.02.

I think you're looking at the wrong roster in his sig. This is for the second team, which doesn't really appear to be competitive. That future first should be fairly early.

As to the OP, I would just hold what you've got as you need much more than just a Guice or Penny going forward.

I'd pass (if neither of these players was hurt, I would definitely think about the trade though). He is the one that is nervous about what pick to make, not you.

Now, if he would accept a 2019 second instead of a first, I'd jump all over it (but he probably wouldn't).

Yeah, now that he's putting it up he's getting lots of callers, looks like I'm out of the running anyways.. The 1.06 has a strong package of late 2nds and the 2019 1st....too rich for my blood...I'm just going to hold still...

I did get an offer from another guy to send my Lynch + 2.02 for his 1.08...I would kill my RB situation, but I would get a crack at one or two of the top 8 RBs since I own the 1.9 also and Lynch is a year away anyways..I think it's good move for the future

I passed on 1.10 + 2019 1st for 1.2 BEFORE guice injury

I wouldn't do it...

too much for the 1.2 whats the gap between guice/penny and Moore/freeman/rojo really worth, definitely not a guy like gallup and a first.
That said I like the Lynch deal, but I view him as a rb3 this year not an rb2 like a lot of people I know
