I've watched some film on Sutton, and he does impress me how he goes up and fights for the ball. And it's Dynasty, so I'm not worried about him paying dividends this year.

I would entirely take Jackson first and has nothing to do with his ethnicity.
Especially if you get strong rushing points vs passing points, Jackson's floor is so much higher than a pure passing QB. Mayfield may be a good QB but Jackson is the sort of player that can give you such a competitive advantage at the position if he hits.
Sure the range out outcomes for Jackson couldn't be wider, and you'll have to wait at least a year, it is just the sort of risk/reward pick that can help you win championships where I think Mayfield is a very replaceable QB in a fantasy lineup.
