Pick a side: Gronk & Adams as main pieces

Postby Johnny Canuck » Wed Aug 15, 2018 12:22 pm

Gronk, Josh Gordon, Ajayi OR Graham, Adams, K Benjamin?

I’d be giving up the Adams side and I’m unsure about moving him. Love the idea of getting Gronk, but who know how long the Gronk/Brady magic continues....having a hard time pulling the trigger as I feel like Adams is far and away the best dynasty asset in the deal.

Should the other team add? If so what?

Other pieces they have that I’d be interested in are: multiple 2019 1sts and 2nds, Collins, McCoy, Gallup, Ridley, Foreman, and J Williams.

I originally had my Luck for his Rodgers as part of the deal but he didn’t want anything to do with that, I still kinda feel like thats a fair price but maybe I’m over valuing Adams potential production as GBs number 1 WR. Thoughts?

Pretty close but I break it down as this

Adams >= Gronk (not by much)
Graham >= Ajayi (also close)
JG >> KB

So I went Gronk side

Adams side for me and not that close. I'm not even that high on him, but he's worth a decent amount more than Gronk. The rest of the pieces don't really make much of a difference one way or another.

I value Adams too highly to bite for Gronk. I also think Kelvin Benjamin is going to have a lot of value now he's free from Cam and seems to be in shape..

If you think any QB on the Bills roster is an upgrade over Cam, you might want to consider taking up a different hobby.

To the OP, I would lean towards keeping your guys. There’s a fair amount of risk on both sides of the deal. In terms of this year, I think the Gronk side has a higher cumulative ceiling, so if you’re competing this year and can get him to add a future 1st or comparable piece, that might be enough to push me to the other side.

Also, it really shouldn’t be that surprising that he wouldn’t want to part with Rodgers in a deal where he’d be acquiring his top two targets.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

I'm one of the Gronk votes but that's because I don't care for Adams. My breakdown would be like this:

Gronk >> Graham
Gordon >= Adams
Ajayi <= KB
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.
