I traded Jordan Howard for Devonta Freeman + 2 2019 2nds.

I went with Howard. Freeman seems to miss a few games every season and the rep split with Coleman has been trending closer to 55/45, down from 70/30'ish. Additionally, I don't think next years draft has a lot of depth so I'm not sure the value of the 2nd round picks.
14 team league; Scoring: Rushing & Receiving: 100 yards = 1 pt, additional point every 50 additional yards, 6 point TDs; Passing: 1 point at 300 yards, additional point every 50 yards, 4 point TDs
QB: Lawrence, Ru Wilson, White
RB: Chubb, R White, Penny, K Herbert
WR: Toney, Ridley, Collins, E Moore, Claypool
TE: Pitts, Okonkwo
Taxi: Jerome Ford, Jordan Mason, Kyle Philips

Freeman is probably worth slightly more than Howard to me. Either way, the gap shouldn't be two 2nds regardless of which RB someone prefers.

I like Howard better, but it’s close enough that I’d take the picks.
Team 1

QB- Carr, Mac
RB- Kamara, Patterson, Swift, Ingram, Foreman, Breida
WR- M Thomas, Metcalf, Keenan, Bourne, AB, Waddle, Green, D-Jax, Landry, St. Brown
TE- Waller, Hockenson
K- Tucker
D- Miami
Start: QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, TE, WR/RB, WR/TE, K, D

I think it's great value. I don't mind the rep split at all because like you said, you're starting Coleman every week. The rest of your team is solid enough that I wouldn't mind starting them both either. After the season, Coleman will move on in free agency, Freeman's value will go up some immediately afterwards most likely, and you could deal him for another younger RB if you're worried about his injury history or workload moving forward.
Standard, non-ppr 12 team
QB - RB - RB - WR - WR - TE - FLEX - K - DEF
QB: Russ, Stafford, Tua
RB: Taylor, Kamara, Sanders, Saquon
WR: Hill, Diggs, AJ Brown, Lamb, D. Smith, Deebo
TE: Kittle, Knox
K: Folk
D/ST: Chargers, Eagles
