This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Valuing TE in draft

Postby whitezog » Mon Aug 13, 2018 7:17 am

League changed to add a specific TE position so not sure how to evaluate/compare.
4 keepers (3 strong WRs, 1 RB kept - see signature) with draft upcoming
Through trades my first I have picks: 1.05, 2.01, 2.06, 3.10 ...

Available players are:

RB: Barkley (for sure gone) Howard, McCoy, Penny, Carson, RJones II, Michel, KJohnson, Duke Johnson, Freeman, Coleman, Collins, Hyde, Mack, Thompson, Lynch ...
WR: Cooper, Diggs, Thielen, Landry, Smith-Schuster, Davis, Baldwin, Parker .....
TE: Kelce, Ertz, Olsen, Engrem, Njoku, .....
QB: Almost all except Rodgers available

Was thinking would take best RB with first pick, but wondering if Kelce or Ertz are in different enough tier at TE to pick and get RBs later? Thanks for your thoughts!

QB: Newton, Mahomes

My recommendation to you would be to do a mock redraft with similar scoring settings and see where the TEs go. I would not be surprised if Kelce goes before your pick - he and Gronk usually go in the late 2nd or early 3rd of most MFL10s.
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..

I think I would take Kelce in the 1st and then two RBs in the 2nd. Looks like a lot of RB depth there where you’ll still get some good guys.
