Two reasons to reject:
1. Mixon is flat out worth more than that
2. The strength of next years draft is WR, which you are already loaded at. It's thin at RB, which you would be too if you moved Mixon.
This deal would do nothing for you and leave you in a worse position than you are now.

I'm one of the lowest on Mixon you'll find around here, and I think I'd even take Mixon here (although only by a hair for me).
I'd prob try and sell AJG if I were you, by the time your team is a favourite for the championship (one - maybe two yrs), I think AJG will be on the downswing. You can likely still get good value for him now, maybe not in a few yrs.

In a vacuum I take the picks because I don't think Mixon is worth his value. If you ask around the league, would you be able to get some older RBs to compete this year with those picks? You could probably get Lamar Miller with one and then get something else. And yes, I think Miller is a better RB than Mixon.
That being said. I think you need to hold the chance that Mixon lives up to the hype. You don't have much for RBs at all
