How far off is this...TRADE COMPLETE

Postby EAGLES » Sun Jul 29, 2018 8:31 am

How far apart is this trade...

For team in sig. Not sure why, but I have a gut feeling about Penny. I think he’s an upgrade over Tevin (although I have held Tevin for a while now and have his value not too far from Penny). I’d be using Mack here while he still has value. I’d then try to get Wilkins off waivers.

Or I could keep Julio and just target Penny

Team A gives:
Julio, Tevin Coleman, Mack, 2019 1st

Team B gives:
AB, Penny

Final trade:
Gave: Julio, Mack, Tevin & 2019 2nd
Received: AB & Penny

id rather the ab side, i just think he's the best player in the deal by a good margin. i would not trade penny for coleman, mack, future 1....so i would easily take the brown/penny end of this deal.

Julio side. He and AB are a scratch for me. Coleman is worth a late first, Mack an early second/late first, and then there's a 2019 1st - for me, the sheer weight in numbers of 1st takes it over Penny as he as yet has done nothing on an NFL field.
Dynasty - 9th year, 12-team, Standard scoring, 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2FLEX, 1K, 1DE/DT, 1LB, 1CB/S - 25man roster / 6 Taxi Squad
'17 Champ, '18 Runner Up, '23 rebuild

QB Watson, A Richardson, O' Connel (TS)
RB Gibbs, Akers, Dillon Carter, Bigsby, Chase Brown, Mcintosh, Tucker, Hull (TS)
WR Metcalf, DJ Moore, Addison, Meyers, Van Jefferson, Collins, Claypool, Mingo (TS), Hyatt (TS), Wilson (TS)
TE Higbee, Freirmuth, Otton (TS)
K Joseph
DE/DT Hunter
LB Franklin Simmons
C/S James

I'd prefer the Brown side, but it's a fair offer.

I'd much rather have AB over Julio, but I like both. I'd see if there's anyway you can swap that 2019 1st with a 2nd.

I actually was able to change the 1st to a 2nd.

Final trade:
Gave: Julio, Mack, Tevin & 2019 2nd
Received: AB & Penny

Mack is worth a first? I'm thinking more like late 2nd at best

I like the trade for you, as I much prefer AB to Julio.

The fact that you were able to negotiate down to a 2nd from a 1st makes it that much more attractive to me.

Yeah, I think he is. I wouldn't pay it, but the value is definitely late first. He's currently between Ridley and Kirk in ADP, was taken as an early second last year, and now has a "clearer" path to carries, so his value has risen. Again - I'm not interested him for that price, but that is his current value.

Swapping the first for a second is good on your part. Penny still a bit unknown, but I like the trade more for you now for sure
