Howard/Freeman/Cooper would be a good starting point would probably have to add alittle to the 1.03 I’d imagine

Determine who you think is the most likely pick at 1.03 - check their ADP and see which players are in a similar range.

If you can get Howard for the 1.03 that is a tremendous value. Cooper/Arob may be worth it as well but concensus would have his value higher.
Getting the likes of Freeman or Cooks at 1.03 is egregious. Both of those players are worth substantially more. If you can take adavtange of rookie fever in order to pry one of those away I beseech you to do so, but don’t expect it
