Co Coleman + = What RB?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Co Coleman + = What RB?

Postby hudini33 » Fri Jul 20, 2018 10:22 am

So I'm thinking about trading Corey Coleman and a second for either a RB or WR upgrade. Would Corey Coleman and a second be a decent offer for someone like Marlon Mack? Or am I shooting too high? Looking for advice on who I could go after.

Or would Coleman and Wilkins be a decent offer for Anthony Miller? Same owner had Mack

Thats MFLs ADP for July - looks like Corey Coleman is at 145, so I would recommend trying for RBs in the 140-150 range, or perhaps lower if you see an RB you think is going to increase in value - both Breida and Carson have their supporters for example.

Coleman is a hold, you most likely can’t get anything of value for him right now. So you would be selling him at his lowest value and he still has the potential to turn into something.

You could try for mack but I doubt it gets accepted, and miller is aiming way too high. If you want a 1-1 RB maybe theo riddick or cj anderson? Adding a second gets you to someone like crowell or foreman at best? Coco's value has bottomed out - I'd recommend holding him and maybe he gets traded somewhere during the preseason that bumps his value. Dallas? Green Bay?

Never liked Coleman. He double clutches way too many balls IMO. He is a WR 3 best case on his own team and likely the 5th option in the passing game. As a Mack owner not a chance I do that.

There are still a few Coleman supporters out there, maybe one would give a 2nd next year.

RB's are pretty pricey these days think you need to use a different asset or include him and a future 1st to a rebuild team.

Miller could be the Jarvis Landry type for his team. The other owner would have to be crazy to trade him for that. While both Mack and Miler have some risk, their upside is way higher to their owners.

i think thats a fair trade offer for marlon mack. maybe just a 19 2nd straight up for Crowell... CoCo and 19 2nd for lamar miller(even tho im higher on miller than this seems the community isnt)

X3, Might as well hold. He is no more than a tack on in a trade to get something pushed over the edge. I've gotten no interest from anyone.

X4, I would hold.

However, if you are deadset on making the move, I would suggest CJ Anderson....or I think Hyde is a sneaky pick....if you are going to trade away a strong hold at it's lowest value, might as well go for another player in the same situation.

WR I think that could have a solid floor valued around the same would be Paul Richardson.
