Watson for Wilson??

I might be crazy for debating this but wanted to see others' opinions first. I'm in a 16 team league and the 2 QB's I have are currently Deshaun Watson & Andrew Luck.
The scoring in this league for QB's is:
- 6 points for TD's
- .05 points for every 1 passing yard
- .1 points for every pass completion
QB's score the highest in this league as the top 32 point scorers last season consisted of 23 QB's.

2017 Watson averaged 36.18 PPG while Wilson averaged 32.00 PPG. (However Watson played 9 less games and is 7 years younger)

So the owner of Russell Wilson is a huge Clemson fan and said he would trade him for Deshaun Watson 1 for 1. Should I do it?

I think most will say Wilson but I don’t think you’re crazy for debating it. I have Wilson-Watson as my 1-2 dynasty QBs (many will say I’m crazy). I think they are close and wouldn’t blame anyone for choosing either straight up. Wilson is the safer play but it’s basically a lateral move so I’d go with your gut.

Not crazy I guess, but give me Wilson pretty easily. He's still fairly young, extremely proven, and one of the safest fantasy QBs you can have with one of the highest ceilings. Don't see any reason to move him for someone who you hope will produce maybe as good. I know you pointed out that Watson averaged more than Wilson last year, but I'd bet a lot of money that's not the case for next year and even the next 5.

I agree with this, I think Wilson is the right move here, but debating Watson is not crazy at all.

I like Watson plenty as a potential top 5, but Wilson is my #1 QB. I'd make the trade pretty easily.

I definitely think so. And I’d vote Wilson too. But it would be voting my #1 dynasty QB over my #2 so not a lopsided deal to me.

Wilson is only 30 years old...and has been proving it for years, Watson was spectacular but come on it was a 9 game stretch....What if he is the next RG3? I don't think he will be but choosing a player thats played 9 games over a QB thats been a top 6 QB pretty much every year he's healthy is dumb

Wilson is my #1 dynasty QB. Definitely him, but Watson is my #4 so you're not crazy for having the top 5 in a jumbled order than my own preferences

Wilson is safer, has shown it under a myriad of conditions, and has pretty much the same upside anwyays

You get more years out of Watson, and maybe 5% more upside, but the risk is much more massive. Teams could have figured him out like they did Kaepernick, or he could be an injury riddled RG3

You have neither of those downsides with Wilson, and much more stability and has legit had full seasons as the #1 QB in fantasy

Wilson is also my QB 1 right now, but I actively shopped him for Watson+, no dice.

Also I want to echo thoughts on a poll, only useful info there would be a poll with options for how far apart in value they are imo.

This would be like trading Stafford for Rodgers right after Stafford's career year. I'd take Wilson ASAP.
