Sitting at 1.11

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Sitting at 1.11

Postby Motay316 » Tue Jul 17, 2018 3:44 am

I have an offer in the table to acquire Mark Ingram but DJ Moore is still available, I am in a win now mode but I didn’t expect Moore to drop this far. Should I trade for Ingram or pick the upside in Moore. I don’t know how much longer Ingram has in the league at his age, this is making me hesitant to trade for him.

I'd go DJ. Ingram is underrated, if it's 2 rb, maybe, but I like DJ more long term

Yup taking DJ. I don't know many people willing to trade their 1.09(Where Moore should go at the latest) for Ingram when push comes to shove. He's a 29 year old back suspended for 4 games in his last season with the Saints. How often does a 30 year old Rb on a new team produce mid RB2 numbers? Not often and not for more than a year at the most.

Looking at your team, I like DJ even more. I'm not sure that Ingram is the missing piece for you

Well I got another offer of Christian McCaffery for 1.11 and Evan Engram. I think I have to go with McCaffery.

Moore pretty easily. You don't really need Ingram, but you need some help and youth at WR.

I ended up moving 1.11 and Engram for McCaffery. RBs are hard to come by in this league and McCaffery will give me good depth at the RB spot. Now I have to address my TE position.

I took Moore at 1.9. I'd take Moore here. I said if Moore didn't fall to 1.9 I would trade the pick but wouldn't trade it if he fell to 1.9. I dont like I gram long term.
