As always with future 1sts,it depends on how confident you are in the estimate. If he's buying DJ, I suspect the owner disagrees with your assessment?
Anyway, in theory two early 1sts and a mid-late 1st is enough for me to move DJ. I just am wary about projecting future 1sts.

When selling a top tier piece like DJ, a proven asset is needed in return. I would want that proven asset + 2-3 high end draft picks. The picks are essentially lottery, and you could crap the bed on the picks. You also have no control over where those picks land.

If you believe in Davis’s upside I respect the trade. I still think I would shoot for more proven player in the return with picks to insulate you against the risk, but perhaps Davis presents a risk/reward that is more attractive than what you’d receive otherwise
