I always play to win now, and the jump from any of your TEs to Gronk is enormous.
That being said I would play with Gronk in a 1-2 year window. Could be 5, certainly, but I wouldn't mentally sign onto that....Does Gronk take your roster over the top, I'd be surprised (even as a McKinnon believer)...and by the time you are ready to compete, that trade might be irrelevant and you lost a 1R. If you feel differently that Gronk clearly puts you in a high percentage chance to win the league, then I do believe the value is there.

Gronk side because I don't know where that 1st is projected, but this is closer than most are making it since it's a 16 team league and QBs should be valued closely to SF leagues.
