Howdy all. Just got an offer I couldn't refuse, and to be honest....really just had to share it with others besides my league mates.
Slight backstory: It's a .5 PPC league, and 1.5 PPR league and Kamara is a hot commodity. I've had multiple offers, but I always tell them he is untouchable outside of an insane overpay. Well today...I got that overpay.
I give: Kamara
I get: Michael Thomas, Kenyan Drake, & Julio Jones.
The owner who made the offer had never inquired about Kamara. I reached out to the commissioner when I first got this offer, to get his opinion. I felt this would be a drama lightning rod, and a potential league damaging trade. Commish thought it was horrible, but we're in a few leagues together so he knows it is not collusion, and congratulated me on my lottery win.
So, what do y'all think? Is this something I should have rejected for the betterment of the league? Thanks for your time.

Thanks. It was a bit of a brag post, but I've seen a lot of feedback on really bad trades of folks claiming they would leave a league over it. I was honestly curious if this was on that level of bad trade.

You got great value for sure.. but every week I would check the Saints score to see what Michael Thomas got and try to avoid seeing Kamara’s numbers and feel kinda sad when I did. Then once every 6 weeks Julio jones will get 45 points and I would think it was worth it

I'm still hoping for something like that to happen with my Barkley share... but my leagumates aren't biting on the hype and are valuing him around Melvin Gordon/Devonta Freeman level at best which is fair

I'm completely overloaded at wr now. I had stocked up on them as originally Alshon and Kupp were my main guys, and they aren't exactly "set and forget" guys. Since making this trade I've been trying to unload some receivers, and consolidating depth for a stud. But since this trade was made, everyone in my league thinks this is the going rate now for any RB in the top 15.
For example: The Kareem Hunt owner wouldn't budge any lower than Penny, CmC, and Julio for Hunt...
I've met with similar requests for every Rb I've inquired about...
