idk about the Broncos, but the Rams, id say like 10 faab depending how bad you really want them and don't want other team to have them.

$15 for LAR would be well worth the investment for a top-5 fantasy defense given the talent they've acquired under Wade Phillips. I'd pass on DEN; they seem to be just okay given their roster now.

Are waivers first come first serve during the regular season once waiver clear after each weeks games? If so, because you are a contender, I would be ok spending 15-25% to lock down another positional advantage over your league (which is not something I would usually do).
I had a defensive trio of JAC/LAR/BAL in a league last year and averaged over 13 PPG from playing matchups. On top of that, it is nice not having to play the waiver wire defensive matchup game, and you will probably end up spending the same amount of your BB Budget anyways because one large investment now (LA Rams) will save you from having to spend 1%-3%-5% every week/every other week during the season. You can safely set it and forget it with them.
