Which deal for selling penny?

I would do it for both of the first two options. I wouldn't do it for Sony and the 2nd.

From the perspective of me selling Penny, that is. If I'm buying, then I'd be willing to sell Sony and the 2nd to get Penny.

Unless I’m in win-now mode and relying on Penny as an every-week starter (which would seem to be pretty damn close to mutually exclusive), I’d take Foreman and two 1sts pretty easily.

I just can't get behind the two 1sts deal unless you believe they will be early....Penny should be the 1.02-1.03 in a STACKED rookie class, whats the chances of a 1.09+1.08 next year being worth that? Unlikely.

It's all a matter of perspective. I'd say Penny is 1.04-1.05 in a generally overrated class of RBs... Moving him (one of the overrated pieces) for 2 1sts in next year's class is a win.
