LEEs value plus trade question
So my rookie fever is setting in and I have my eyes set on 2.1. I had 2.2 but got an offer of Olsen and Funchess for it so had to take it. It’s sflex So I think one of my guys will be there at 2.1. My offer right now is M. Lee and 2 2019 2s for 2.1. I think it’s an overpay on my part and I’m fine with it. The other owner is still debating. I’m setting a poll for the trade advice but would like to know where you guys value M. Lee In picks. He is the WR1 on that team and looked good when healthy last year. He plays all 16 last year he is a low end 2. I value that about 2.2-2.3.

Re: LEEs value plus trade question
From a pure value perspective, it's on the Lee side. I don't value him much and still remember when a coach referred to him as the albino tiger cause they never see him on the field. One year and decent availability and production doesn't suddenly given him value for me, especially in a jumbled WRs corps in a run based offense.Jmatt>Coleman wrote: ↑Sat Jun 23, 2018 1:00 pm So my rookie fever is setting in and I have my eyes set on 2.1. That said, you're willing to overpay and it's superflex. If it's your sig league, definitely see why you'd do it. Either a QB will be there and hugely help the roster or QBs will go early and push some good talent down.
So, in a vacuum, I wouldn't do it. Given the info you've provided, I might. If it's the sig team, I would. I voted from a pure value perspective.

Thanks for the input. What would you value him in picks? I guess I put too much into one post. Anyone have any thoughts what you would value him in 2018 picks?

Re: LEEs value plus trade question
ive sold lee twice this year in two leagues i sold marqise lee for 3.01 str8 up while he was otc bc pettis was there and i wanted pettis. SECOND trade i sold marqise lee and a 19 3rd for Pettis and a 19 2nd both deals involving pettis ironically. so i would say marq lee is worth dante pettis adp in rookie picksJmatt>Coleman wrote: ↑Sat Jun 23, 2018 8:03 pm Thanks for the input. Re: LEEs value plus trade question
I don't particularly value him. I could cite various ADPs, but I couldn't see myself giving more than a mid 2nd, and that would depend on who's available. I'd be more comfortable with early 3rd. 3 2nds for 2.1 would be an overpay, but if you're willing to do that and a player that helps you is there (like a QB or a WR with a better opportunity), I'd do it.Jmatt>Coleman wrote: ↑Sat Jun 23, 2018 8:03 pm Thanks for the input. Re: LEEs value plus trade question
You got great value. Based on my experience trying to move him my league seems to put his value lower than a 3rd rounder.playa_hata wrote: ↑Sat Jun 23, 2018 8:13 pmive sold lee twice this year in two leagues i sold marqise lee for 3.01 str8 up while he was otc bc pettis was there and i wanted pettis. Re: LEEs value plus trade question
I value Lee very little as a late 2nd, but two 2019 2nds is an overpay for the 2.01. That said, it depends on who is there at 2.01. If one of the top QBs or Chubb or someone like that somehow falls, it would be worth it.
