Draft Day Dilemma: Njoku

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Draft Day Dilemma: Njoku

Postby jakegraff7 » Sat Jun 23, 2018 7:45 am

(For team in sig)

Rookie Draft today for 8 team league. First two rounds are only rookies, second two rounds are remaining rookies and free agents. I currently only hold 3.02 and 4.02.

This offer from easily the best team in the league is on the table for me:
Give: Njoku, 3.02
Get: 1.04, 3.07, 4.07

This does leave me with a tight end issue; however I may be able to move up to 3.01 to secure Trey Burton... thoughts? Which of the moves should I make? Worth the downgrade at TE for another young RB?
It's essentially giving Njoku+ for 1.04 and Burton. Thanks!

1.04>Njoku so I'd rather have Burton and the pick. Now that the Browns have Landry, Gordon, Duke eating up targets it's 1.04 easily for me.

Depends on who the top free agents are. 8 team leagues usually have starting talent just sitting on waivers
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

I would take the 1.04 and I love Njoku. I would try to move up to get Burton at 3.01, but you might not be all that bad after. Don't under estimate Clay this year, I think he could be a sneaky play as I can see him getting a lot of usage. So if you can get Burton, him and Clay could be dependable combo for you. Hopefully Eifert can stay healthy and that becomes a bonus

Unless there is some big time FA talent to land with that 3.02 this is the 1.04 side and not remotely close. 1.04 >>>> Njoku
