For the first team in my signature, I wanted to get a little bit younger. I most likely will struggle to defend the title, but thought that the below trade makes my team better in the long run. With next years picks 4 in the first two rounds I can focus on QB / RB.

Traded away a 2019 third, TY Hilton, Nick O'Leary
FOR
James Washington, Anthony Miller.

Miller slipped in our rookie draft, and I am pretty high on him. Washington I think can develop nicely behind Antonio Brown, but might take a few years.

I am expecting to get ripped apart on this thread, based on the valuation of TY, but simply put neither of the leagues I am in value him at all, and he is one of those boom or bust WR's that I don't like to rely on. Even when Luck returns there's little stability compared to other WR's I own, say, Davante Adams.

Bad trade man, you need all of the established WRs you can get. Trading TY was not the answer. However, if you really think Miller can be relevant this year, you got your guy.

I personally think that was a bad move though. Sorry.

No reason to apologize - I figured I would get some feedback such as this.

My rational was that I went on a solid run in year 1, but the odds of that happening again are stacked against me. TY is getting older, and although in most eyes I didn't get a good return, I got youth and I think can stand out day 1 and contribute. I'm very high on Miller, not as much on Washington though.

It was an opportunity to move TY for youth, and shore up the corps as a whole long term. I can roll out Ben, Cousins, Penny, Kamara, Adams, Woods, Fuller, Engram weekly, which I still think is an OK group.

Being high on Miller and not on Hilton is fine. But you could have likely used some other collateral such as a 19 2nd or even 1st to trade for AMiller.

Not a good trade at all man. TY is worth a hell of a lot more than 2 rookies that could easily be busts

I like both players you got and think it may turn out ok for you. But like others have said, you should have been able to get them cheaper or get more for TY.

Value-wise it's not terrible, but I think you would've had a chance to repeat with Hilton. Now, not so much.

I'm high on Miller and I still gave you a D. Hilton's FPPG with Luck is what youre praying Miller turns into.

I feel you on no one else valuing TY Hilton, but I'd rather keep him than give him up for what you did...
