I'm trying to get a WR upgrade, and this is the only one I'm seeing as I'm looking at rosters.

What needs to be given from my team to snag ARob?

Personally I'd need Landry + late 1st to sell Robinson, but I've seen them valued equally in some places. I'd start with Landry for Robinson straight up and see what the other owner says.

Both those guys are tough to evaluate as opinions on their new situations vary wildly.
I'd offer a straight swap if you prefer AROB, and then evaluate from his response. I think Landry + a 2nd is fair.

AROB has the most upside but carries injury and new team concerns, Landry might have the best floor but carries volume and new team concerns. I think ARob is definitely the choice between the two and I'd say the gap is two 2nds added to Landry.

If you are trying to upgrade WR, trading away the player that smashed the all time receptions record over his first 4 years in NFL history is not the answer.

I would trade Diggs away for A Rob. Don't think either is really elite but A Rob should get more targets. Diggs will be lucky to get 105 targets with Cousins running the show. A rob could approach 125 targets. You may actually be able to get a piece back due to Diggs overinflated value. Ask for a 1st giving back a 2nd just to check his homer radar.

Robinson > Diggs for me, but many value Diggs more, so I'd open with Robinson + 2019 2nd for Diggs. If the owner doesn't want to do that, I'd counter with selling Diggs for Robinson + 2019 3rd.
