Guice Value?

I received 2 separate offers for Guice yesterday. Thinking I'll pass on both, but wanted other opinions on the value here... and counters? For the team in my sig (2018 start up).

Offer 1

I give: Guice
I get: H. Hines, 2019 1st x 2

Here, the other owner has Chubb, R. Freeman, Michel, and Hines already from this year's class. His WR's aren't deep, with R. Matthews, Crowder, and ARob as his starters.

Offer 2

I give: Guice, Kupp
I get: Cooks, 2019 1st x2, 2019 3rd

This player has Gordon, Coleman, and Cohen, as starters before it falls sharply off a cliff. His WR's of note are Fitz, Landry, and Cooks, Goodwin, Humphries and Ridley, and his TE's worth much are Ertz and Brate.

Lukky has you covered here ^. Tough to pass on that much value, especially with Guice being unproven. Good deal to multiply assets. Unless I had a good shot to win it all and Guice was a key component I was relying upon, I would cash in.
