Cooks for me. Goff is still better than Sean Mannion, and Cooks was dominant even with that turd at QB (only mentioning since every Cooks thread someone has to mention that he's had great QBs his whole NFL career as a way to hot taek that Cooks actually isn't good).

Markus Wheaton looked good with Mannion in 2012 as well. It doesn't mean anything.
