Cousins and White are fairly inconsequential, so basically Mike Williams for a future 1st, 2nd, and Burkhead.

I think that is a pretty good haul for Williams, especially with those shallow starting requirements.

cousins and mariota are almost interchangeable...cousins has been more productive and but mariota is 5 years younger. Not sure if you can just give up on Mike Williams yet, but if you aren't sold on him it is an easy deal for next years picks to get what looks to be a very good WR class

Cousins is worth more than Mariota. White has 0 value to me, so don't really care for him, but same can be said for McGuire. Burkhead has some talent, but you're never going to know when you to start him. He can give you 0 points the week you need him and then blow up when he's on your bench. A mid future 1st and 2nd is slightly worth more than Williams, but if you're looking to compete, I'd rather have Williams and Cousins.
