Penny or Parker+19 1st

Rebuilding team. I own 1.01, 1.03-5, & 1.10-12. An owner has offered Parker and his 19 1st for one of them to take Penny as long as he doesn't go at 1.02. It is a 1/2 point per carry league, so RBs have a bit more value. I am admittedly down on Penny.

Thoughts? Should I send away Penny (1.05) for Parker and a 1st?

i would do that trade pretty easily. you are really giving up the 1.05 for a pick likely to be in the 1.04-1.08 range and the #1WR for the Dolphins who is going into year 4 and was a 14th overall pick. many times guys struggle early in their career. His comp for targets are a career middling WR in albert wilson, an older white always hurt wr in amendola, a rookie tight end who is getting poor reviews thus far in Gesicki, and then drake/ballage out of the backfield. Dude is gonna feast if his body holds up.

AND he wants a guy you dont want lol. almost a no brainer when you have 1.01,1.03,1.04 still to take RBs with

Don't make this trade. Parker is a bust and you're basically trading Penny for something somewhat equivalent, but a year away from now.

With a weak 2019 RB group and the ppc incentive, i load up on RB's in this large rb class and be happy about it. Im keeping Penny here.

With any kind of ppc incentive, those picks in a RB rich draft are worth more. If no one pays up beforehand, take who you want at 3 and 4 and if you don't like who is available, trade back a spot or two on the clock for Freeman plus a little something.
