I think i would be ok with either move but would lean towards the McKinnon trade. Basically 2 late 1st's (assuming the 2019 works out to late) isnt a huge price to pay for McKinnon and his upside. I like it.

I really love how people equate a contract to fantasy production. I think McKinnion is a good 3rd down back, but I really don't see him as a 3 down back. The dude was an after thought in Minnesota, so much so to the Vikings signing Murray and then drafting cook.
Now he signs a contract with the 49ers and he is all of a sudden worth a mid 1st or higher in some cases...Smells a lot like a Lamar Miller situation to me, and that didn't turn out so well.
