TJ Yeldon

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

TJ Yeldon

Postby Gator Sens » Sun May 27, 2018 6:19 am

How does everyone feel about TJ Yeldon? Is he a hold based on his upcoming free agency and LF injury history? Is a 2020 2nd good value or what would be solid value for him?

I have been acquiring him fairly cheap. I am not selling him because of LF bad ankle. And the fact I think he has shown potential. I would not trade him for a 2020 second because that is so far away.

I would give him away for that, wouldn’t buy him for more than a 4th I think he is a big Longshot.

Never liked him, Never owned him, Never will.

I had a 3rd round rookie grade on him when he came out. Limited power, runs upright, and the vision of a blind man.

Traded Yeldon and Hooper for Kenneth Dixon so there is the add on trade value that you can get someone else for. Talk him up with the Fournette foot in order to sell. Then stay hush about Corey Grant. ;)

Yea I'm not sure that post helped TBH. I think Yeldon and Hooper both have more value than Dixon right now...that was a pretty terrible trade IMO. And I'm fairly high on Dixon.

I'd sell for a 2020 2nd. I'd say his value is an early/mid 3rd.

I'd sell him for a 2nd pretty easily, especially with that roster where he would most likely never sniff the starting lineup.
