I rarely see "predictions" on where picks will be in the future panning out BUT I think that's an overpay regardless, I'm not low cooper but he's done nothing spectacular in 3 years.
T.1 - 12 team Superflex- 1xQB - 2xRB - 3xWR - 1xTE - 1xSFlex (13th year) ‘21&’22 champ
QB: Mahomes, Burrow, Stafford,
RB: Mixon, Henry, zeke, Rochon
WR: Godwin, Olave, Deebo,DJM, Dell, MW, Doubs
TE: Kelce, Kmet, Musgrave

T.2 - 12 team Superflex- 1xQB - 2xRB - 3xWR - 1xTE - 1xSFlex - 1xWRT Flex (10th year)

RB: Saquon, Mixon, Rochon, Evans
WR: Pickens, QJ, Thielen, Arob, Juju, ODB, D. Parker, Osborn,
TE: Kincaid, Ertz, Freirmuth, Taysom, JWoods

T.3 - 12 team Superflex- 1xQB - 2xRB - 3xWR - 1xTE - 1xSFlex - 1xWRT Flex (3rd year) ‘21&’22 champ
QB: Mahomes, Burrow, Winston, Darnald

2 1000 yard season his first 2 years is pretty amazing, not including in which the age he put up those numbers is rare... some would call it spectacular

To the OP this is a trade I would not do and I would not speculate a pick being top 3 that is a risk I’m not willing to take for cooper. Also 1.07 and a speculative pick is not close to cooper

I like Cooper, so I'm on that side, plus, like Favrezilla says above, never can always count on a pick being top 3....especially here in May, still so much time for the other team to improve. Talk to me in Nov/Dec

Yes, when drew Bree’s throws for 5000 yards and Michael Thomas gets 1100-1200 yards.. what makes Thomas so great? Or when Stafford throws for 4500 yards and has 2 good wr barely getting 1000 yards.

I think I'm leaning towards cooper. This is a rebuild team for me and I have a lot of draft picks(6 firsts within the next 2 years). I don't have any studs and Cooper has stud potential.
16 team - 42rosters - 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2FLEX, 1PK, 3DE/DL, 2DB, 2LB, 1DFLEX
QB: D. Brees, M. Stafford.

WR: M. Thomas, A.J. Green, J. Jones, C. Godwin, Z. Jones, J. Reynolds, K. Kirkwood, J. Moore, J. Hurd, T. Benjamin.
TE: Z. Ertz, J. Smith, M. Andrews, D. Waller, J. Sternberger.
K: M. Badgley.
DB: L. Collins, J. Johnson, J. Tart, C. Geathers, M. Blair.
DL: C. Dunlap, D. Barnett, J. Casey, B. Graham, G. McCoy, J. Allen.
LB: T. Whitehead, J. Hicks, J. Collins, J. Brown, K. White, G. Avery, C. Barton, B. Cashman, J. Ryan, J. Tavai, Q. Williams.
Picks:
2020: 2, 4, 4, 5
2021: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

This!

However, I do think its fair value given the upside reputation of Cooper.
