While that is probably all he is worth no contending owner of McCoy would consider selling him so cheap. McCoy is a beast and a damn near lock for double digit points every week.

Bills have downgraded significantly this year at QB from enhancing a RB's fantasy production perspective. Tyrod's running ability helps RBs. McCarron is the worst starter in the league and Allen is a rookie who needs too much time to develop. No wide receivers.. No pressure to be taken off of Shady. Stacked boxes galore.

Bills lost three starting lineman from last season. Incognito, who was a recent pro-bowler, retired. Cordy Glenn was traded to the Bengals. And, Eric Wood had a career-ending neck injury.

Shady had a mostly healthy year in 2018, though he came off the field on many plays looking pretty rough. He's also 30 now. I anticipate an injury and ineffectiveness.

Shady is a legend, but he's in the worst situation. Even if I'm a contender, I wouldn't spend any first round capital to acquire him. If I own him and I'm contending, I'd still be tempted to sell him for any late first rounder.

X2. I bought him this offseason for the 1.11 after a big deal where I packaged Ingram with others to get KA. That said, I don’t know that I would’ve sold him for that same price in my 16 team league. As a contender, if I was moving him, I would need to be able to get one of the top 6 RBs in this draft.

So you own him in a money league and contending for a title: Exactly who are you drafting next year at 1.9-1.12? I get being tempted as I would be too due to age but cooler heads prevail.

BTW, The Bills are a legit playoff team. Way better than many think IMO. Defense could be special this year. Not worried about their line, they struggled last year but picked up a couple of pretty good ones and Dawkins looks to be a beast at LT. He should continue to mature and looks pretty dominate. Ingognito was in massive decline and a mental mess. Woods is a concern.

I completely agree he is a sell on team in rebuild. He simply will hold more value to a contending team that owns him because is a plug and play starter.

I traded him for pick 2.02 and a 2019 1st in a 16 team league

I sent Godwin and Burton for him. But, I was desperate for a RB and feel I can compete this year. Plus I had some depth at WR to lose a guy like Godwin, who I'm big on.
If he is the piece who could put you over the hump I think he's worth a first still.
I agree on a rebuild you need to sell ASAP.
