Is it worth giving up a 5th round Rookie Pick for this guy as a flier?

I think he is worth a 5th. I'm not sure he does anything but a 5th rounder is always a dart throw anyway.

He's never finished an entire training camp completely healthy. Don't trade for him until week 4 of the preseason. Chances are he will be available on waivers by then.

Honestly I'd rather have the 5th. There's always a chance that a decent rookie prospect slips in the draft, or someone wants "their guy" when that pick is on the clock and pays two 2019 5ths or something.

Never healthy. The Ravens signed Crabtree, John Brown, and Snead. Perriman has no value.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

I released him after last season. I drafted him in his rookie draft at 9th overall, thinking he would become something. He's a dud. I'd honestly take the 5th Rd pick then have him taking up space on my roster.
