Prefer Hunt primarily because he's somewhat proven (and not coming off an injury).

Hunt, even though Cook was making this look dead even before getting hurt.

Having owned my share of Andy Reid RBs - including JC for several years - I can say that all things being equal, I will take whoever is playing for somebody else. Give me the guy who projects to be an every-down player without a bonehead pulling him off the field or deciding to stop feeding him at random times for seemingly random reasons.

Re: D.Cook or Hunt
My only concern with Hunt. Hunt started strong and dipped in the middle of the season when Reid was calling the plays and then Nagy took over and made it a point to get hunt 20+ carries a game and just like magic he was ELITE once again. Now Nagy is gone and reid is going to think it smart to make his young QB sling it 30+ times a game instead of feeding the leading rusher from last year.JJRules wrote: ↑Fri May 25, 2018 6:50 am Having owned my share of Andy Reid RBs - including JC for several years - I can say that all things being equal, I will take whoever is playing for somebody else. With that being said the value is on Hunt and I'd draft him over Cook in a startup but I'd try to move Hunt for Cook+ if I could.

Man, idk what you're talking about but owning an Andy Reid RB has been absolute gold aside from half of the 2015 season after JC got hurt and he was working with Charcandrick West / Knile Davis / Spencer Ware. He even turned a very average Spencer Ware into a borderline RB1 in 2016.JJRules wrote: ↑Fri May 25, 2018 6:50 am Having owned my share of Andy Reid RBs - including JC for several years - I can say that all things being equal, I will take whoever is playing for somebody else. 2017 - Hunt: 272 rushes / 1327 yards / 8 TDs -- 53 receptions / 455 yards / 3 TDs
2014 - JC - 206 rushes / 1033 yards / 9 TDs -- 40 receptions / 291 yards / 5 TDs
2013 - JC - 259 / 1287 / 12 -- 70 / 693 / 7
2012 - Shady (12 games) -- 200 / 840 / 2 -- 54 / 373 / 3
2011 - Shady - 273 / 1309 / 17 -- 48 / 315 / 3
2010 - Shady - 207 / 1080 / 7 -- 78 / 592 / 2
2009 - Westbrook gets hurts halfway through season, Shady takes over.
2008 - Westbrook - 233 / 936 / 9 -- 54 / 402 / 5
2007 - Westbrook - 278 / 1333 / 7 -- 90 / 771 / 5
He also turned Duce Staley into a star several years prior.
I can keep going on, but I think you get my point.
When Reid finds an even remotely talented RB1 he feeds him, especially in the passing game. Anyone that thinks Reid is suddenly going to break the same scheme he's been using for more than 15 years and turn this backfield into a RBBC is crazy. And no, a 3 game stretch where Reid misused Hunt doesn't negate all of this.

Re: D.Cook or Hunt
That’s what I was thinking too. I like Cook and all but I’m actually surprised that really anyone would take Cook over Hunt straight up, honestly. I’ve been in several startups this offseason and Hunt has went ahead of Cook in every single one of them. Personally, I own Cook in one league and there’s very little chance that I could get Hunt straight up for him but I might need to try it out.CharlieKelly wrote: ↑Fri May 25, 2018 8:08 amMan, idk what you're talking about but owning an Andy Reid RB has been absolute gold aside from half of the 2015 season after JC got hurt and he was working with Charcandrick West / Knile Davis / Spencer Ware.
