Making a move for Hopkins

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Making a move for Hopkins

Postby kilgorextrout » Thu May 24, 2018 5:34 pm

Hopkins owner was the runner up last year but has some shaky depth (also a Bengals fan). My team is in sig (also a Bucs fan). Considering offering this:

My: AJ Green/Lamar Miller
His: Deandre Hopkins/Chris Godwin

Is the value skewed heavily one way or the other? Which side do you prefer, both teams being “win now?”

It sure doesn’t hurt to try if he is a Bengals fan, but honestly as a Hopkins owner in 4/4 Dynasties, I can tell you this is an instant decline from me.

It would be so far off with me (since you also want Godwin) that I wouldn’t even bother countering since our values are probably way off.

Like I said, try it, and good luck!

i would start with cooper and howard
1. some people are quite fond of cooper
2. he just lost Henry, so this might entice him
3. add Landry in the end if you really want to get the deal done

qbs=5pt tds wr/te=1 ppr rbs=.5ppr all get .25ppc

Ekeler, Hunt, Carson/Penny, DForeman, Mitchell, CPat, Kyren, Ford, KHarris
Cooper, sutton, Chase, Shepard, Atwell, Schwartz, Wan'Dale, Austin III
Gesicki, Engram, Hooper, Woods
team 2 -start QB 2RB 3WR TE 2Flex K D
Cousins, Stafford
DH JT, Ekeler, Kylin Hill, Herbert, KHarris, Chandler
Hopkins, Diggs, Adams, Godwin, McLaurin, Callaway, DPJ, Robby Anderson, Schwartz, Pierce, Wan'Dale, Doubs

It would depend on a multitude of variations, but I am a huge Jarvis Landry fan in PPR. It’s definitely a trade I would consider.

If you’re comfortable with it, I’d definitely throw it out.

Not a single offer posted in this thread would make me want to move Nuk.

I just got Nuk, but it took Kamara and OJ Howard. You'd need to add quite a bit

as said earlier - The AJ/ Miller offer is not very close. As a Hopkins owner is 3 leagues I would need to be blown away to trade him; or in a rebuild, but wouldn't be looking for an older AJ or Miller if that is the case either.
The Cooper/Landry/Howard offer is a good offer. but don't think I would take less.
