Trading Gurley-- Package worth it?

I have a nearly empty taxi squad (only Perine eligible but currently have draft to come) and won the league last season thanks to Gurley-- I certainly appreciate it. I care more about sustaining a longterm team success though so no one is untouchable.

The offer I made was
Davante Adams, Ajayi, 1.07, 1.14 for my Gurley, Robby Anderson
which he rejected

and he countered with
A) Cooks, Ajayi, 1.07, 1.14 for my Gurley Robby Anderson
AND
B) 1.04, 1.07, 1.14, 2019 First (Late)

I currently own 1.09, 1.13, 3.01 and my next first round pick in possession is not until 2022. This means if Gurley goes downhill my team goes downhill pretty quickly as a whole...

Are either of these worth it? I want a worthwhile haul if Gurley is my best way to get this done.

With B I would have 1.04, 1.07, 1.09, 1.13, 1.14 in a pretty loaded draft

I'd count yourself lucky he didn't take your initial offer. Gurley is worth a lot more than Adams and the pieces aren't adding much.

Yup keep gurley, If you aren't getting two players that are top 10 at their position for Gurley then you are losing the trade

The drop off between gurley and Ajayi is huge, you may score a hit in your 3 picks but you are essentially taking on all the risk by trading gurley. Not worth it to me unless a true stud is coming back

I'm a huge Adams fan but I'd probably decline this. You need something along the lines of Adams + Dalvin Cook to move Gurley and got solid value.

X2. Especially in .5 PPR. RB are kings the lower your PPR points are. If he wanted Gurley he would start at Adams and 1.04.
