Postby fantasydem » Tue May 22, 2018 2:14 pm

Team 2 in signature.. I’ve been contemplating making a move for Ezekiel Elliott and I have the pieces to get the job done (imo) but don’t which pieces to start the offer out with.. I was mulling over offering up McCoy & AJG for Zeke & Diggs.. not sure if this offer is even close. What’s your guys’ opinions?

You are correct that it is not even close. Not even close even if you take Diggs out.

What is the Zeke owner's team like? You have very limited young assets. If he's not a contender there's probably not a lot he's going to be interested in outside of OBJ.

You could try Julio+McKinnon or Julio+Howard. I doubt that gets it done, but it might at least be a starting point.
12 Team FFPC TE Premium
QB: Herbert, Brady
RB: Barkley, Mixon, Jav Williams, Pierce, Drake
WR: Jefferson, AJ Brown, Metcalf, Hopkins, Peoples-Jones
TE: Kittle, Goedert

Sorry noticed my signature wasn’t up to date but it is now.. his team finished 6th last year. Would say with a couple moves he could be a contender simply bc of his RB core

I'm not sure you have the pieces to get a guy like Zeke nor would it makes sense for that team to pay the price it would cost to get him. The offer you were thinking of making is really terrible, so I wouldn't even attempt that.

i own zeke you offer mccoy a 30+ year old rb and Aj a 30 year old WR for a guy whos younger then most rookies in this class and is arguably one of the best dynasty pieces available. i would trade shame you in the chat and i would then never even look at another offer from you.

You don't have the depth to acquire Zeke, Your team looks a bit old at WR but honestly AJG and Julio should both have top 10 seasons and McCoy my surprise, you've got a competitive roster right now but not enough depth to splurge on a guy like zeke unless you want to make a swap of Gurley for Zeke and maybe a 2nd round pick?

If you're trying to keep Gurley, then getting Zeke is probably not possible. You have a competitive 2018-19 team, just try to win today

I just traded Diggs, Mack, Cole and a late 2019 1st for Zeke yesterday and it was the Zeke owners offer. It can't hurt to ask him what he'd want from your team to acquire Zeke?

I acquired Zeke pre-NFL-draft for 1.02/1.09/CDavis. Multiple young players/assets seems like the best bet to get a guy like Zeke but he is tough to acquire with older guys like McCoy/AJG.
