Julio Trade

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Julio Trade

Postby Krissi24 » Tue May 22, 2018 12:48 pm

I have been approached by the owners of A-Rob, Keenan Allen and Diggs. They are all interested in trading for Julio. He has just turned 29 in feb and I think that he will produce as a top 8 WR for at least 2-3 years more.
Also I know that if I want to get some value for him, maybe its time to sell.....
I like Keenan, but would still want something on top. But how much??
A-Rob and Diggs is kind of the same value to me. How much would I need on top of them to give away Julio??

I would swap my Julio straight-up for KA if that trade was available to me.

I'm lower on KA than almost everyone on this board it seems. So my take, KA is probably the best WR out of the 3 offered with Robinson being a buy low. I think you should have 1.06-1.08 added to KA to get Julio. While KA had a great season last year, it was the only great one of his injury-riddled career even though he showed promise in some of those injury seasons, Julio has had 5 spectacular years and is in a dynamic offense with a younger QB.

I'd easily swap him for KA, who I've got a bit above him.
Unless I'm a true competitor next year, I'd swap him for ARob.
I'd probably need a first on top of Diggs to make that swap.

I'd even add a 2nd to Julio to get Keenan if that's what it took.

I would take any of them straight up for julio. I think k he misses several games over the next 2 to 3 years. Plays great when healthy, but 30 year old tend to miss time due to age aND injury

KA>Julio as this point, Julio may outproduce him one more time but KA is the better long term play. I'm not buying the injury bull crap, Julio had tons of injuries early on and now look back at his career, KA is just now entering his prime on an ascending Offense. Give me that all day.

If you take one of the offers it has to be KA. Also the fact he approached you means you ask for more on top - it's a sellers market.

If KA is there for a player for player, I would snap accept and even add to it if I had to

I agree with this... Diggs I wouldn't even want with Cousins at QB... ARob I like a lot but would want a late 1st added for Julio

We are talking about Julio Jones right? I have KA and AROB. Age is an important factor in dynasty, but we are talking JULIO here!

What happens if Rivers goes... AROB still needs to prove he still has it.

Julio could sustain stud numbers for another 5 years, and had the consistent history to prove it.

I dont think the Julio owner in my league would give him up for KA + AROB or KA + a first...

As some others have said I’d take KA straight up and add a little if I had to.
