Any of these worth throwing some FAAB at post rookie draft?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I think Akins can come in and make a difference there. Believe he will be the receiving TE to start the year.

I'd drop CJ Prosise, Thomas Rawls, and Wayne Gallman to add Jordan Wilkins, Chad Kelly, and Ito Smith.

Wilkins should definitely be owned and Lauletta should be on someone's roster as well since this is a 2QB league.

I'm not a fan of throwing money at someone you're almost guaranteed to cut in a couple of weeks, especially in the off-season (end of the season is different, of course). Those few bucks here and there add up. If there is someone that you are shocked is available and feel like you have the spot to stash for a while, then go for it. Otherwise, no chance that I'd bid more than $1 on any player.

Kyle Lauletta- Should be owned in a 2QB league.
Chase Edmonds- Not a bad handcuff if DJ gets hurt again, or doesn't recover fully
Jaylen Samuels- Just love the talent here. Not sure where it will fit yet, but if I can I'm getting him on my rosters.
Justin Jackson- Solid competition for Ekeler, who was a nice sleeper last year. Many aren't sold on Gordon either long term
Ito Smith- His value will skyrocket next year when Coleman moves on. If you have room on Taxi he's a great hold for a year.

I think Fumagalli is worth a dart throw in a 2TE league. Denver’s TE depth chart is wide open. His only real competition is Butt, who’s essentially a rookie too after missing all of last year.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

QB: Lawrence $5/3, Richardson $5/5, Minshew $1/0, Jones $1/0, Heinicke $1/0, Tyrod $1/0
RB: Achane $4/4, Warren $2/4, Roschon $7/5, Dillon $4/1, Hubbard $2/1, Kelley $1/0
WR: Nuk $78/1, MT $25/1, M. Williams $1/0, JSN $21/5, Reed $4/5, Rice $4/5, M. Wilson $2/5
TE: Thomas $1/0, Hill $1/0, Parham $1/0

I 100% disagree. A few bucks here and there can get you a prospect that you can later sell for a 2nd if hype builds in training camp.

I think a lot depends on roster sizes, draft length, and BB settings. If the rosters are deep and the rookie draft is short this can be a good time to spend. Often you can still pick good prospects now and not spending any early can result in holding a lot of $ later when the pickings are slim. Not saying to blow it or bid huge but if there are prospects I like I’m usually aggressive here.

Thoughts on how I did?

I know I spent a 1/3 of my budget ($33/$100), but I replaced 4 backend roster spots (Gillislee, Rawls, Gallman, Prosise) with what I think are some interesting prospects. I was surprised I got Wilson with $12. Might have to go back and throw $0 on Justin Jackson and Ito Smith ;)

$14 - Jordan Wilkins***
$12 - Ian Thomas
$12 - Albert Wilson***
$11 - Geronimo Allison
$10 - Kyle Lauletta
$6 - Christian Hackenberg
$4 - Chase Edmonds***
$3 - Chad Kelly
$3 - Jaylen Samuels***
$4 - Antonio Gates
$4 - Ed Dickson
$2 - Jordan Akins
$2 - Deon Yelder
$0 - Trey Edmunds
$0 - Bo Scarbrough

I like who you got. I drafted Samuels and picked up Wilkins and Edmonds on waivers too.

This. In dynasty it is all about finding tomorrows stars or flash in the pans today for cheap. The flash in the pans can be traded while there value is still high.
Many very good players are available at the start of season when owners are too quick to give up on a player to make room for their new rookie toys. Last year I was able to pick up Goff, Collins, Shaheen, and Gathers for very little FAAB.
