What should I do with mark Ingram. My team is rebuilding. Should I try and move him now? Wait until he’s back and hope he has a few good games and move him? Hold onto him? I’m really not sure what to think of him...

Depends on what you can get for him right now. If someone was willing to move a top 8/9 pick, it might be worth it. If it's a tad later like 10-12, you'd better also be getting a 2nd rd pick pick or two. If there are no takers for that price, hold and plan to sell by week 6. He's no use in a rebuild. Plan on selling him.

Wait until right before he comes back. I was high on Ingram trying to acquire him everywhere, but this changed things a lot for me.
I remember Snead coming off a great season, being suspended for three games and then playing 38% of snaps upon his return. For reference he played 74% the year prior.
I don't think the Saints have ever really been in love with Ingram and this might be an excuse to keep him limited.
