Looks like there’s a lot of work left. I’d continue piecing out people like Baldwin, Hoyer, anyone over 27 practically and see if you can get some young talent back in return. Stafford is a grey area, he’s not too old so you probably don’t have to trade him but if you get a huge offer in superflex then it wouldn’t be the worst thing to do

I think Baldwin is going to kill it this year so I'm probably gonna wait until he's performing in midseason before I move him. Will probably try to move Henry, would u have any recommendation on what to move Henry for?

and yeah I updated the sig, haven't done that in a while lol

henry is probably somewhere around 1.02-1.05ish this year...but rebuilding, you would probably see if you can get a multiple firsts back...i like the idea of trying to move baldwin mid season.

another option to consider is seeing if you can find an unproven rookie/2nd year QB like Trubisky, Mahomes that you still like, and trying to move stafford and pick up something else of value (like a first, multiple 2nds, another player you like)
Too many teams and lineup changes to keep track of them all.

thanks for the advice. I was just offered Courtland Sutton straight up for Baldwin. U think I should take that?

Hell no. Not even close. I'd say Baldwin is worth at least two Suttons.

Courtland Sutton is such an iffy prospect. His range of out comes could be anywhere from a WR1 to a total bust, and it could take a couple of years to find out. Although Baldwin is 29 years old, he should perform at high end WR2 or low WR1 for a few more years. I would need at least a future 2nd added to the deal.

If you sold Melvin Gordon, Gronk and A.J. Green and got Stefon Diggs, 3 19 first's, 2 19 seconds, and Daesean Hamilton. I think you kind of sold your self short i would far rather have what you gave over what you got regardless of being in rebuild or not

Gronk's value is all over the place, and I've seen him go for much less than a future first + Hamilton. I personally have Diggs ranked above Green and the Chargers picked up Gordon's fifth year option and I think he could fall off a cliff in a year or 2. But yeah I probably could have gotten a bit more.

Um those values are waayyyyyyyyyy off, at least in my league. Another owner literally rejected Gronk straight up for OJ Howard, and I offered Gronk for the 2018 1.08 and Jonnu Smith and got rejected. Here are some recent Gronk trades in the trade finder on DLF:

Melvin Gordon currently goes for the 1.03-1.05. Not gonna get 2 firsts for him anywhere. And for the long term, Diggs > Green

Just general advice, don't sell players just because you are rebuilding. Make sure you are getting the value you want in return. If someone isn't willing to give you that value, walk away, there will be more chances to trade.

x2. doesn't really seem like you got the value you should have from Gronk/AJG/and Gordon. all of those guys command high 1st round picks THIS year not some distant year 1st round pick thats unknown
