Enough for Evans or am I off?

For team 1 in signature.... 2QB/2TE league, so 2nd round picks do provide some pretty good value. I know I'm lacking at RB, but I think if I could lock down Evans at a decent price then I could move some other pieces to upgrade at RB. I seem pretty content with my QB/TE mix up at the moment.
Put it this way.... what is a price you would be willing to pay for Evans? I know the owner is down on him after last year's performance and has talked about moving on from him. I'm of the opinion that Evans has a nice bounce back this year.
SHOULD BE NOTED: Owner only really seems interested in picks/prospects... which Is why I'm trying to construct something like this.

It sounds like I'm a more staunch supporter of Evans than the owner of him in your league. Without having clarity on the 1st rounders, there's no way I'm personally doing this. In order to give up a top asset like Evans, I'd need a tangible high-level asset included in the deal. Will you get a counter? Maybe, but this feels like adding a bunch of nickels to get a dollar to me.

I never make these deals, why traded a proven player for a bunch of dice rolls in hopes of getting the same type of player.
