Was offered 1.8 for Baldwin. Is now the time to get out of an aging WR? I feel like he needs to add maybe a future 2nd or something like that.

I think Baldwin helps your team more this year if you're trying to compete, but that's probably the best value you'll get for him right now.

With the lack of any other real targets in that offense, I think Baldwin should continue to be a good high end WR2, low end WR1 in PPR. The offense might have some growing pains for 2018 and 2019, and I wouldn't be surprised if they missed the playoffs but I'm confident Russell Wilson will still be able to keep the offense moving and scoring points. As far as his contract goes Baldwin hits FA in 2021, and he can be cut with 11 million in cap savings before his final year (2020). So up until then, he should continue to be viable for 2 more seasons.
I'd keep Baldwin over the 1.08 straight up, especially since your league is a start 3 WR + 1 flex, and Baldwin is a pretty nice flex option to have. I'd sell for 1.05 or better, or if he adds a 2nd to the 1.08 for him.

Baldwin will be 30 to start the season so the 1.08 is a solid offer and Baldwin's value could fall off a cliff at any time. Though that roster should compete and Baldwin helps your team now. I'd sell but its a tough call.

Baldwin is going to get fed in that offense. Russ will be running for his life even more this year, and they're going to throw the rock even more. Without Richardson and Graham in the picture now, I could see Baldwin returning to top 10 WR form this year.
