I own most of the 1st round rookie picks. Owner wants to get Penny. Offered D. Parker and a '19 1st for him. 0.5 pt per carry PPR scoring.

Penny could be worth a mid-1st straight up. I don't think Parker is anything more than a low WR2 for his career but if you have most of the 1st round picks then just use them on the 7 other RBs.
The trade in large part depends on which pick he wants to get with penny though. If it's 1.02-1.04 then I'd second guess this offer.

If the '19 1st is projected early, I'd consider this. More for the pick then for Parker, though.
