Trade Opportunities for 1.01

I have the 1.01 in a 10 Team, PPR, $200 salary cap league. What seems to be instant-accept offers are not quite that because of the cap and contract situations.

Offer 1: I give 1.01 (3 years/$10) and get Michael Thomas (1 year/$7), 2.10, and 2019 1st (projected late pick)
•Might be able to get a little something more but would be another WR (Golladay, Chad Williams, future 2nd)
•I can franchise tag Thomas next year (for about 1 year/$18) and also match a restricted FA bid.

Offer 2: I give 1.01 (3 years/$10) and get Davin Cook (2 years/$8), 1.06, and 2019 2nd.
•Owner also has 1.10 pick (which he's willing to offer) and 2019 1st (which I had asked for in a counter offer... 1.01 for Davin, 1.10, 2019 1st and 2nd).

Because RB is a need, I can see myself staying with Barkley and being happy. But I'm also wondering if I should capitalize on the 1.01's value and pick up more pieces to build with.

Looking at the two offers.... #2 falls short of #1.... what would you need to make this deal?
