1.01 = Cooper + ?

I could continue the thread in sig, but think this offer could be interesting by it self and something others could benefit from.

So the owner of Cooper came approaching me couple of weeks ago, and suggested Cooper straight up for 1.01.

Now he sent me Cooper + 2.07 for my 1.01.

Obv I am not gonna hit that (?).
Mainly because I think I can get more and because I really need RB help.

The question is, what is needed to be added to Cooper to make it a fair deal?
The Cooper owner also sits on 1.07, Devonte Freeman, Tevin Coleman, Keenan Allen, JuJu and Njoku (at least the players I'm interested in).

I think Keenan is more or less worth the 1.01 on his own, or damn close to it.

I would, if I had the 1.01 would want cooper, freeman and 1.07. I am also pretty low on Cooper, always have been. Maybe you coulddo JuJu, Freeman and 1.07, depends on the other owners opinion of the players

That offer is so weak that there is little chance of closing gap. With the way the draft worked out, the 1.01 might have actually gained value. He would need to add at least 2 early firsts.

There is a big gap but the 1.01 did not gain value, it dropped. There was no way it was going up

I disagree with premise that 1.01 dropped in value. I see a larger gap between 1.01 and 1.02 than I did pre-draft, and while I won't say that Barkley should be going even higher - I'm definitely not knocking him down.

With your team, I'd be happy to sit on Barkley as your RB of the future, unless you get blown away. Building on what others have mentioned....

Counter with: Allen or Cooper, Freeman, and 1.07

I'd settle with something like Juju, Freeman and 1.07... but maybe you can get Colman or Njoku thrown in there between the initial counter and what I'd settle for.

Be patient... don't settle. I'm in a similar dilemma (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=159240)... it's a nice place to be.

It didn't drop relative to 1.02, it dropped overall. Barkley in New York was one of the worst possible landing spots. Anyone thinking his value remained where it was or increased isn't looking at the situation objectively. That is a bad football team going in the wrong direction.

If these are his offers (which are terrible), I doubt he's willing to make a serious offer.

If I were trying to make a deal with this owner, I'd propose 1.01 + 2019 2nd for JuJu + Freeman + 1.07.
