If you desperately need the wr I think cooks is better than any wr you’ll get at 1.3. That said I like any of the top 4 RBs there more. I’ve also never been a huge cooks fan.
Team 1
12 Teams - .5 pt. PPR
QB: Newton, A. Dalton, Foles
RB: Connor, Fournette, Freeman , McCoy, G. Edwards, Clement, C. Warren
WR: A. Brown, K. Allen, Hilton, Crabtree, R. Foster, M. Harris, C. Patterson, C. Conley
TE: Kelce , C. Herndon, D. Walker

Team 2
16 Teams - PPR
QB: Ryan, Roethlisberger, Foles
RB: Connor, Bell , Lindsay, McCoy, Lynch, Smallwood, P. Barber, I. Smith, Bibbs
WR: Thielen, Juju, D. Adams, Jeffrey, S. Roberts, T. Sharpe, A. Callaway, M. Harris
TE: Ebron, Cook, Eifert, Dickson

Team 3
12 Teams - TE Premium PPR (limited roster 16/20)
QB: Rogers
RB: J. Howard, Chubb, C. Thompson, RoJo, P. Barber
WR: Hilton, Edelman, R. Anderson M. Gallup, C. Kirk, J. Crowder, M. Harris
TE: Njoku

Team 4
12 Team - PPR (1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 3Flex)
QB: Watson,
RB: Zeke, Guice, Michel, P. Barber, Ballage, C.J. Anderson
WR: Hopkins, Golladay, Fitzy, Z. Jones, T. Benjamin, C. Coleman, C. Conley, B. Perriman, S. Roberts
TE: Engram, Eifert

It's fair IMO. However, with the ability to start 2 flex, I would lean towards Guice/Chubb along with Barkley. Your starting requirements would make me lean towards the RB in this case.

I'd rather have the Cooks side.

Until Goff displays a willingness to, you know, actually throw the ball to the best WR on his team, I’d prefer the 1.03.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

🦬PRIME🦬
QB: Hurts, Howell
RB: Mixon, Jones, Sanders, Dobbins, Akers, Roschon, Dowdle, Kelley
WR: Nuk, Godwin, Cooper, Lockett, Flowers, Chark, Collins, Hollins, Tillman, Tolbert
TE: Hockenson, Chig, Trautman
Taxi: Willis, Z. White, M. Mims, T. Palmer

Hull Awaits
$450 cap, 60 contract years

QB: Lawrence $5/3, Richardson $5/5, Minshew $1/0, Jones $1/0, Heinicke $1/0, Tyrod $1/0
RB: Achane $4/4, Warren $2/4, Roschon $7/5, Dillon $4/1, Hubbard $2/1, Kelley $1/0
WR: Nuk $78/1, MT $25/1, M. Williams $1/0, JSN $21/5, Reed $4/5, Rice $4/5, M. Wilson $2/5
TE: Thomas $1/0, Hill $1/0, Parham $1/0

1.3 easy for me unless you need the WR help.

I would take Cooks...I would then bundle some of those picks you have with the 1.12 and move up in the first round. You have a lot of picks and only a 25 man roster...you do have some obvious cuts but, I would still package picks together to move up.

Value wise I would say yes, but looking at your team I would not. Draft 2 RB as you need more help there

Also, because this draft is so RB heavy that 1.12 could net you a top 3 rookie WR, even that 2.04 could get you a good one also.

I would, especially as you will already have Howard and Barkley at RB.
