I think you can do better for hopkins , I would hold the other owner ransom as he is wr 1 or wr2 across the board . davis and cooper are younger but not by that much and hopkins could gift the other owner a title . Make him pay a king's ransom if he wants to win .
I think taking the 2020 1st and flipping to cooper side is better if you are rebuilding it gives you several shots at landing premium players and spreading the risk . If the rebuild will take a awhile you could very well waste hopkins best seasons of of contention not to mention hopkins could win weeks for you that you do not want to win when rebuilding .
