OJ Howard—Foreman

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

OJ Howard—Foreman

Postby The Showstopper » Sun Apr 22, 2018 11:03 am

Who do you think is a better prospect?
I have Miller and I’m thinking of offering L Murray and Howard too the Cook owner for Foreman and Eifert...Only problem is with Eifert and Reed as my TE’s...I may have to suit up and play some weeks when their both on the DL...

In a vacuum I like Howard more. If I owned Miller, I would slightly prefer Foreman.

I'd wait until after the draft though. I wouldn't be too surprised if the Texans take a flyer on an RB, to the dismay of fantasy theorists.

I'd keep Howard... give him time to develop.

I'm not sure Miller or Foreman are the "cowbell" type of RB for Houston. I can see them looking at Foreman and another player splitting time.

I can't possibly suggest buying Foreman coming off an achilles injury, which is still a really tough injury for rbs to come back. he is a guy i am willing to miss on breaking out because I see the risk as too high.

I really like Foreman, but I’d prefer Howard straight up. Swapping Murray for Eifert makes it better, but like you said, the prospect of Reed and Eifert as your top two TEs is scary.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

🦬PRIME🦬
QB: Hurts, Howell
RB: Mixon, Jones, Sanders, Dobbins, Akers, Roschon, Dowdle, Kelley
WR: Nuk, Godwin, Cooper, Lockett, Flowers, Chark, Collins, Hollins, Tillman, Tolbert
TE: Hockenson, Chig, Trautman
Taxi: Willis, Z. White, M. Mims, T. Palmer

Hull Awaits
$450 cap, 60 contract years

QB: Lawrence $5/3, Richardson $5/5, Minshew $1/0, Jones $1/0, Heinicke $1/0, Tyrod $1/0
RB: Achane $4/4, Warren $2/4, Roschon $7/5, Dillon $4/1, Hubbard $2/1, Kelley $1/0
WR: Nuk $78/1, MT $25/1, M. Williams $1/0, JSN $21/5, Reed $4/5, Rice $4/5, M. Wilson $2/5
TE: Thomas $1/0, Hill $1/0, Parham $1/0

Foreman looked awesome but let's not forget he tore his achilles. Pretty serious for a RB.

RB > TE........but in this case Im going with the future elite TE in Howard.

This is hilarious. I just offered up Foreman and Kittle for Howard and 2.04. Was declined, but given the impression that while I'm not offering enough, I am in the ball park.

Not sure why its hilarious, maybe I am missing something, lol. According to adp, its a perfectly fair offer. In my own rankings, I have Howard > Foreman and 2.04 > Kittle, but I know a lot of people might/probably disagree, haha.

funny because i don't know OP, and not in his league, but I offered essentially the same offer to another owner at the same time he posted this.
