Gurley for Barkley contract league

I’m in a unique scenario in a contract league where I may lose value on one trade but free up a franchise player slot and gain value on the second trade (two teams have multiple players that need franchised and can only keep one). The first trade would be Gurley (needs franchised on my team) for 1.01 and 2.02. The second would be 1.11 for Hilton or Freeman (both need franchised but other owners have better expiring contracts). So which side?

Gurley and 1.11

1.01, 2.02, and Freeman or Hilton

I think Gurley is worth more than the 1.01, but Hilton or Freeman individually, along with the 2.02 are worth way more than the 1.11.

I would need to know what the terms are on the 1.1 contract

But getting TY and Freeman (How long?) may be enough to bridge the Barkely/Gurley gap with the contract angle in there

1.01 side. Hilton or Freeman for the 1.11 makes up for the gap between Gurley and 1.01 for me.
