I ended up going Tyrod. Even though he may not be the safest, I agree with most of you saying he's by far the best. I think he could be top ten this season if he starts the whole year, and I think he's a starter somewhere else next season. Thanks for all the input!

I chose Flacco since i believe he is the only player I believe has 2 years in their current situation and I think he is a little better than his 2017 season with the back injury, but can see Tyrod as the player with the most upside this season.
Edit: Tannehill has at least 2 years as well, so I'd throw him into the pile as well
