Shedding WR depth for picks or young RB's

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Shedding WR depth for picks or young RB's

Postby Life of Pablo » Fri Apr 13, 2018 12:41 pm

Team in sig. Lot of WR depth that I won't need next year. Love AJG and Doctson but they're the two I'm most looking to sell. AJG cause I don't need him when I can start Nuk/Evans/KA13 instead, and so I'd look to get a good return now before people start saying he's too old (though of course that's already happening since everyone's obsessed with youth... I get it though). Doctson cause I just don't think he'll ever crack my starting lineup. Could also sell ARob, Sammy, and Diggs, but based on league talks I don't think I'd get the price I'm looking for. Only ARob maybe.

I do have the best team and am the 2-time defending champ, so every team in the league is essentially making me overpay at this point if I ever want to get a deal done. I have two teams I'm talking to cause their WR depth is horrid. What do you think of some of these trade offers below?

AJG + 1.10 for 1.02 + 2.02 (AJG for 1.02 was already rejected)

AJG + Doctson for 1.02 + 2.02, if I can sell him on Doctson

AJG for Mixon

I'd love to put together a big package for the team that has 1.01, but his team actually has good WR's and awful RB's (his starters are Abdullah and Gore lol)... so there's absolutely no mutual agreement we can come to at the moment.

Anyway, any thoughts on those offers? Am I in the ballpark, should I increase my offer, am I already giving up too much value, etc. Also any other general suggestions for a young RB, or what return I should look for. Anything helps, thanks!

Honestly, I'm not sure why you're so eager to sell. You have great starters AND great depth at both RB and WR. Why sell short?
