2019 1st and 2nd or Marvin Jones

Postby doombringer » Sun Mar 25, 2018 12:41 pm

12 team ppr - qb/2rb/3wr/te/1flex

I put my 2019 1st and 2nd round picks on the block for a wr a month ago and finally got a nibble.

I believe my team can win....it's at least possible...I think, but I need a 3rd/flex wr.

Luck/Dalton
Bell/ Gordon/ Freeman/ Coleman/ Breida/ Ware/ West
Julio/ DT/ Goodwin/ Treadwell/ Ty. Williams/ Mack/ Dart throws
Graham/ Shaheen/ Roberts

Does Marvin do anything for my championship odds or should I hold out for a better offer? Or the forseeable rebuild?

Thanks
12 team, PPR Superflex, 1.5 TE premium, 6pt TDs, QB/RB/2WR/TE/3 Flex

Your Dad - 2015, 2017, 2018, & 2019 champion

QB: Mahomes, Watson, Roethlisberger, Rudolph, Brissett
RB: Barkley, Freeman, Coleman, Hunt, Lindsay, Thompson, Bonnafon, Homer
WR: Tyreek, Evans, Godwin, Ridley, Sutton, Pascal, Johnson, Gage, Stills
TE: Kelce, Andrews, Gesicki,

No picks - Always trade them for players

That's an overpay imo. The 2019 1stalone should get it done I think. I like him as a wr2/3.

I'd rather have Jones, but I think that would get it done and I'd start with offering the 1st only. I think Jones is criminally underrated.

2018 Champion, 2020 Champion
QB/2 RB/2 WR/1 TE/2 Flex/Defense/Kicker

QB: Allen, Watson, Fields

WR: Ridley, Cooper, Thielen, M. Thomas, D. Smith, Boyd E. Moore, R. Moore, Reagor, St. Brown

Kicker: Gay

2022: None
2023: 1st, 1st, 1st, 1st, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 3rd

1st good job targeting jones. He’s very undervalued right now. Where do you project the pick to land? I have recent examples for this grade

Traded 1.08 + Bradford for Jones

Traded 1.08 + treadwell for Jones

I’m extremely happy with both and both were my original offers accepted right away.

For those voting for Jones, explain to me how the DT vs 1st is a dead heat but Jones is worth even more?

Well I voted for jones and DT. And my answer would be the same for here that id take the pick if it’s top half. Although with jones I push it to 1.05

Straight up I’d take jones over DT 10/10 times. 3 years younger and tied to an also under rated qb for many years.
